Save the date for Jingle in the Park on Saturday, December 15 2018.

Jingle in the Park will attract visitors from all around the Southeast.  Guest will flock to Suwanee for premier shopping and the freshest trends in home and holiday decor from around the country.  Our merchants will offer a variety of hand crafted items and will include talented craftspeople, fine artist and food vendors who have a flair for flavor!


No exhibitors, other than those specifically accepted as authorized food/concession vendors, shall sell or give away any food or beverage item or any consumable goods. No vendors will be allowed to use grease in Town Center Park unless it is in a self-contained trailer.

Accepted exhibitors will be advised of set-up times and receive booth assignments, directions, parking passes, and additional festival information after the selection process is completed.

All Merchant Applications & Payment due November 5, 2018.
All Merchants will be contacted by November 6, 2018.

Setup will begin on Friday, November 30
Setup on Saturday will begin at 7am.
All setup should be complete by 9:00 am.
The marketplace opens at 10am - 5pm.

You may provide your own tent as long as it is a WHITE TENT.  That means it can’t be a green tent or a black tent or a red tent … only WHITE TENTS.  If you would like to rent a white tent from Jingle in the Park, please see the merchant application.
